VATN Origin

VATN began with a simple but radical question: what would happen if we built a company that cared for clinicians as thoughtfully as clinicians care for their clients?

For years, our founders watched talented providers burn out under crushing caseloads, fragmented systems, and the emotional weight of complex care. They saw how this imbalance didn’t just impact staff well-being—it echoed into the experiences of the very families and individuals everyone was working so hard to support. VATN was created as an intentional counterpoint: a practice where clinicians are respected as whole people, not just billable hours.

From the start, VATN’s vision was to build a multidisciplinary home base where collaboration is expected, reflective practice is protected time, and sustainable workloads are the norm—not the exception. By centering balance, autonomy, and community for our clinicians, we create the conditions for deeper clinical thinking, more creative problem-solving, and truly individualized care.

Today, VATN exists as a space where providers can do their best work without sacrificing their own mental health, and where clients and families feel that difference in every interaction. When our clinicians are grounded, supported, and connected, our clients are better heard, better understood, and better served—and that is the story VATN is still writing every day.

Who We Serve

IMG_0377.jpg

We serve neurodivergent and disabled people across the life span, along with the families, caregivers, and supporters who walk alongside them.

At VATN, each person is seen first as a whole human being—not a diagnosis, behavior, or problem to solve. We welcome individuals navigating autism, ADHD, intellectual and developmental disabilities, learning differences, anxiety, mood concerns, and behavior that feels challenging, and we work together to identify what truly matters to them in their daily lives.

We are especially drawn to supporting those who have felt misunderstood, “too much,” or unsupported in other systems. Our goal is to co-create practical supports and meaningful goals that reflect each person’s values, culture, and strengths, so that home, work, school, and community feel more manageable, authentic, and sustainable.
