VATN INITIATIVES
VATN is dedicated to strengthening the community by supporting a range of impactful initiatives and partnerships. By collaborating with the Virginia Emergency Nutrition Assistance Effort (VENA) and Feed More, VATN helps address food insecurity and the effects of SNAP benefit gaps through ongoing donation drives at our events. The Access for All initiative advances digital inclusion by providing telehealth devices to clients who face technology barriers, ensuring equitable participation in virtual care. VATN actively volunteers with organizations like the Autism Society of Central Virginia, Mobility Works, and Friendship Circle to expand access, promote upcoming events, and give back through community engagement.
Additionally, VATN is committed to advancing professional growth by offering free monthly networking and learning opportunities for local clinicians through our Brews & CEUs events. Through engagement with the Virginia Telehealth Network, VATN brings the latest evidence-based telehealth strategies into its practice and advocates for policy changes that protect and promote essential virtual services statewide. Each initiative is united by VATN’s mission to promote inclusion, accessibility, and opportunity for all individuals and families in Virginia.
