• VATN designs socially significant initiatives that support individuals with disabilities, families, schools, and community organizations in living their authentic values.

• The team offers community-based trainings and stakeholder support so that group homes, employers, and local organizations can better include and serve neurodivergent and disabled community members.

Growing the VATN community

• Internally, VATN was founded to encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and professional growth among clinicians, creating a supportive network rather than isolated providers.

• Regular continuing education and networking opportunities, such as local CEU events, help cultivate a connected internal VATN community where professionals learn with and from one another.

Expanding access for all

• VATN provides therapeutic consultation across disciplines—behavior, occupational, speech, recreational, and physical therapies—so individuals, families, and teams can access coordinated support in one network.

• By serving children, teens, and adults across multiple Virginia regions and offering school consultation, caregiver coaching, and community trainings, VATN actively reduces barriers to high-quality, values-based services for both individuals and professionals.
